In case you haven't noticed, it is costing a lot less to fill up your car today, almost a dollar less than last spring. To understand this situation and why it may not last, a bit of history is necessary. Oil has driven, no pun intended, the transportation industry since the invention of the internal combustion engine, gradually replacing coal for ships and trains. The end product of gasoline combustion is carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. Oil exists on six continents and probably on Antartica. America has produced large quantities of oil, but after WW II our oil needs increased as American took to the roads and suburbs. Dependence on foriegn oil grew. In 1960, an oil cartel formed called OPEC (oil producing and exporting countries). The twelve current member of OPEC represent the continents of Africa, Asia, and South America. Like any cartel, they set out to effect the price of oil based on production, much of which they controlled. By establishing quotas for each member nation no oil glut could occur. In 1973 due to America's assistance of Israel in the Yom Kippur War, OPEC established an embargo that lasted for more than a year. As a result the price of gasoline rose to over a dollar in the USA and congress passed a law that oil pumped in the USA could not be exported. This caused the volume of oil pumped in the USA to vary based on its price as oil is for the most part is fungible, though some is purer and easier to refine than others. Over the years, OPEC has managed to control its members, but cheating has occurred and once in a while OPEC has responded to outside political pressure, mostly Saudi Arabia and mostly by the USA, to pump more oil and lower its price per barrel. Saudi Arabia is by far the biggest oil producer, but Iraq, Iran, and Venezuela don't always agree with them.
In the 1980s a theory called "peak oil" was formulated. This theory stated that nearly all the deposits of oil worldwide had already been discovered and that we were going to run out of oil. Smart people like T. Boone Pickens and Warren Buffett both fell hook, line, and sinker for this theory that is almost as ridiculous as global warming. In the 2000s horizontal drilling and fracking, put "peak oil" in the garbage can. The USA has already become the leading producer of natural gas in the world and is on the verge of becoming the leading producer of oil. Sarah Palin was right and Obama was wrong. "Drill, baby, drill" was the correct choice, not "you can't drill yourself to prosperity." As you might have guessed, the same people including Barak Obama, who still believe in "peak oil" also believe in global warming. This is because they go hand in hand in harmful disproven theories that destroy the American economy (how Obama wants to fundamentally change America). Government loves for oil to cost more as it means higher taxes, but this is not very good thinking. It is said that the economy benefits by a billion dollars for every penny the price of oil drops. Drilling, shipping, pipelines, refineries, and all aspects of the oil and gas industries create jobs and growth of the economy which also means more tax collection.
But none of this explains what is going on with the current price of oil. Some will tell you there is a worldwide recession in the making causing oil needs to slow down, but that is not really the whole story. China, for example, that had a slow down is cranking up again. One other factor that affects the price of oil, is the cost of bringing it to the surface and to a lesser extent the quality of the oil as "dirty" oil costs more to refine and less of the barrel is able to be refined. Saudi Arabia has some of the lowest costs for pumping oil out of the ground. Fracking, horizontal drilling, and deep water drilling cost much more. The Saudis want to retain their position as the leading oil producer in the world, so they have flooded the world with cheap oil. American oil production has slowed in response to the Saudi tactic. Fortunately this cannot go on forever, only for as matter of 6 months or so, because OPEC profits are used to finance their countries so their people will suffer. This also effects non OPEC oil producers like Russia, as they have to drop what they charge.
Governments plan their budgets ahead of time and base spending on the income they think they will garner. Several OPEC members, Venezuela, Iran, and Iraq are currently suffering and Venezuela may default on its international debts. Russia is in a recession, as much of its hard currency is from oil and natural gas exports. The price of oil will increase because of pressure from some of the OPEC members to slow production.
Obama looks at the price of oil, high or low, as a win-win situation. If oil prices are high, it slows the American economy that to Obama is a good thing as it fits in very well with his plan to collapse the American economy. If oil prices are low, then he can claim the credit, which, of course, is not true. Our economy has been slowly improving despite his attempts to destroy it. The regulation furor, that has characterized the regime, is in response to the resilience of the American people and our economy.

My Trip to St. Louis, the Real Story
I took a dangerous trip to St. Louis last week on Wednesday in order to let my readers know what was really going on with this media driven event in Ferguson, Missouri and to take the risks to keep you informed. On Monday the St. Louis County Grand Jury voted not to indict officer Darren Wilson on any charges in the shooting of Michael Brown. Encouraged by the New Black Panthers, Al Sharpton, and numerous anarchists and communists, destructive demonstrations not only in the St. Louis area but throughout the country were triggered. In Ferguson, Missouri, the site of the original incident, there was burning and looting that went pretty much unchecked. There were also demonstrations outside the courthouse located about 15 miles away in Clayton, Missouri, the county seat. On Tuesday the Missouri National Guard, that had been available on Monday but was ordered to stand down (sounds like Benghazi doesn't it), was called out and that combined with very cold weather and snow saw a marked decline in demonstrators and destruction. By Wednesday only the hardiest of demonstrators took to the streets in snow covered Ferguson, although in some cities outside of Missouri the demonstrations continued. The failure of the Democrat governor of Missouri, Jay Nixon, to use the National Guard on Monday was thought due to pressure from the Obama regime and may lead to his recall. The burning and looting covered about three blocks in Ferguson and destroyed its business district of mostly small businesses vital to the community. Many local citizens lost jobs just before the holiday season as their work place was burned down.

It amazes me that the race baiters and Obama, a race baiter himself, always pick the wrong fight. (For Obama to say if he had a son that he would be like Trayvon, is like him saying he hopes his daughters would be like Twana Brawley. Off course, intelligence has never been Obama's forte, but prematurely jumping to conclusions is.) Michael Brown's shooting, though tragic, didn't have to happen at all. Brown, like Trayvon Martin, had a better choice than confront the police officer, namely to get out of the street. Trayvon could have ignored George Zimmerman and just kept walking to his destination. Instead both chose violent confrontation that ended badly as they made the mistake of bringing fists to a gun fight. Though Martin did not necessarily know that his adversary was packing (legally), Brown certainly did. Neither of these young black men were paragons of virtue. Martin had his share of minor problems including a school suspension, and Brown, a mountain of a man at 6'6" and 300 lbs., was a local bully and thug who had just stolen cigars from a local convenience store and strong arming the owner on his way out. Walking in the middle of the street, in defiance of authority, is a well known gang behavior. Brown refused to move to the side walk and instead confronted the officer, punching him in the face and trying to steal his gun. The gun went off and Brown was hit in the finger. Brown began to run and Wilson pursued him. Suddenly Brown turned and charged the officer who fired his weapon and apparently hit, but only momentarily stopped Brown who lowered his head and continue toward the officer. Wilson fired again and again stricking Brown in the head and killing him. The jury concluded that this was the correct sequence and description of the shooting and found that Brown's shooting was justifiable.
I say, "why all the fuss." The Ferguson incident was not racial, only the media and the racists made it seem that way. Brown's race was inconsequential to Wilson's shooting him. Attacked by a huge man, who refused multiple police orders and continued to charge the officer who he had already punched, was the reason for the shooting. Unfortunately police shootings occur everyday and if the races were reversed or both the same, maybe a fifteen second sound bite on the local late night news or a short paragraph on a back page of he local newspaper would have been all that made note of the incident. In fact, on the same day of Brown's demise, a black police officer near Salt Lake City, Utah shot and killed a white thug with a criminal record who was unarmed, but move forward at the officer in a threatening way and acted as if he had a concealed weapon. You would only have heard about this event because I just informed you that it happened. The white thug's family got no call from Obama nor did the KKK bother to protest.
In Obama's adopted home town of Chicago, a dozen or so young black men are killed every week by other young black men and no one, especially Obama, Sharpton, or even Jessie Jackson who lives in Chicago even care. The black community, either by fear or misguided lack of trust won't cooperate with the police. This is where this so called black leadership ought to be directing their efforts. Unfortunately they realize that if they are successful, they would loose some of their power.
If one wants to inject a racial element into these events, it should ask the question as to why young black men resort to violent rather than peaceful confrontation. Rev. M.L. King did not believe in violent confrontation. Thugs like drug gangs, the New Black Panthers, Sharpton, and Jackson, are the ones who encourage violence. This severely damages the causes for which they claim they are supporting. This begs the question, why. The answer is rather complex, but first begins with lack of education. When one is unable to explain his argument and debate one's case, frustration sets in and violence results. Leadership encourages the "burn baby burn" option. Maybe a high school course in conflict resolution might be more beneficial for high schoolers than some of the ridiculous courses they are taught. Liberalism is what is behind all of this as it has destroyed the black family and forced generation after generation to accept the liberal view that they are victims and can't help themselves. In the end Michael Brown's death is the fault of Liberalism and Obama and his ilk.

6 Is: Immigration, Islamic Terror, ISIS, Iraq, Iran, Israel
So much has been going on in the world that I will update you on what and why it is happening. Lets start with immigration. As you all know Obama is eager to get his pen going and he wants to do what our Constitution tells us is a job for the legislative branch. He held off before the midterm elections, because he thought that delaying it, just as he had illegally delayed some Obamacare actions from kicking in, would hurt Dems chances. Now he wants to show the US citizenry that he is not irrelevant so he is pushing for immigration reform and true to his narcissistic nature, he is blaming the Republican controlled House of Representatives for no bills, though the Democrats had control of both houses for the first two years of his regime. The Senate did pass a bill, but the House did not vote on it, just as the House passed 340 bills that the Senate refused to vote on. Hmmm, one versus 340, Dems loose on this one. The changes to our immigration laws, that he plans to illegally sign into existence, include amnesty for 5-6 million illegal aliens, the parents of anchor babies and maybe aunts, uncles, cousins, foreign born sibs, and friends. Apparently there is some border security stuff tacked on, probably increasing the number of agents, but continuing to restrict their activity. He doesn't care if he is going to create a Constitutional crisis. In fact, he is daring Republicans to shut down the government or impeach him. Impeachment would normally be the proper way of dealing with a president who openly violates his oath of office. Obama has lots of impeachment insurance. The first is Joe Biden who would become president. As Obama is our first black president, Biden would be our first buffoon president. His second bit of insurance is that he is black. Impeaching him would call out all of the race baiters like Jackson and Sharpton and every other lib who says that disagreeing with Obama is racism. Riots would be encourage all over America led by agitators from Acorn and SEIU. This lame duck session should get very interesting.
"Islamic terrorism" are two words that Obama refuses to say together. He still relates back to the old days, when as a Muslim youth he attended a Muslim only school in Djakarta and said what he termed beautiful Muslim prayers. That is why the murder of American soldiers at Ft. Hood by a radicalized Muslim army psychiatrist screaming "Allah akbar" was termed work place violence rather than terror just as the beheading of woman by a radicalized muslim employee. In the world today, we don't see Christian, Jewish, or Buddhist, terrorists, although there are some terrorist with no ties to any religion. Obama has reference to "Islamic terrorism" stripped from all training manuals for CIA, FBI, DHS, and Secret Service. After all, he doesn't want to offend the bastards. If it's not Islamic terrorists, who is killing American citizens abroad? It is my opinion that Obama is still a Muslim at heart and this is why his first visit as president was to Egypt, why he bowed to King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia, why so many Muslims have important and strategic positions in his government, why he supports the Muslim Brotherhood, and why he denies the existence of Islamic Terror.
This is a great lead in to the next I, ISIS. Previously, Obama completely ignored ISIS in Syria and Iraq calling them "JV" and nothing to worry about. They didn't grow from "JV" to a huge occupying army over night. Even though Islamic is in their name, like an idiot, he denies that they are Islamic. They behead three Americans, Europeans, and anyone else they consider enemies. Obama acted as if nothing has happened as he would rather attend a fundraiser (Benghazi) or play golf (beheading of James Foley). He wants to contain ISIS when he should be wanting to destroy ISIS and kill every one of those Muslim SOBs. Instead of a few airstrikes a day, we should be flying hundreds if not thousands, carpet bombing and napalming the hell out of them. Then send in the Marines to mop up. Although a take no prisoners order would be appropriate for these bastards, handing them over to the Kurds might be better. If these people want to be martyrs, I think we should be happy to help them along and martyr as many as possible.
Obama's Iraq policy, pulling all of our troops out, is responsible for ISIS taking over vast parts of Iraq and the sectarian violence that has been increasing since we left. We have always left troops behind. We still have a sizable number in Korea and the ceasefire took place 60 years ago. We have troops and bases in Germany and WWII ended in 1945. Of course this president has no military experience, but because he has the title of commander-in-chief he thinks he knows it. Pulling the troops out was a political decision not a strategic one. Running the military or State Department based on politics can be very dangerous as he has discovered. Afghanistan is the next policy blunder on the horizon.
This leads us Iran. For some reason, Obama refuses to take Iran seriously. Maybe because Valerie Jarrett was born there. Eager for a deal at any price, Obama and Kerry will allow Iran to continue developing a bomb and weapon systems to deliver it. An article I recently read sums it best. If one man wants to buy a rug and another has a rug to sell they will bargain. If the man who wants to buy the rugs wants it more than the man who wants to sell it, he will pay more. If the man who owns the rugs wants to sell it badly enough, the buyer will get a bargain. On the other hand, if one man wants to buy a rug and the other man wants to sell a camel, there should be no deal, no matter how badly one wants to buy or sell. Unfortunately Obama will buy the camel.
What is happening to Israel and Jews world wide is going unreported by our biased and amateurish mainstream media. Americans are being killed in Israel. First it was a teenager kidnapped by Palestinians, next it was a 3 month old baby girl, hit by a suicide driver smashing into a crowd. Today we had three Americans killed in a bombing at a synagogue. Hardly a peep, but let a Palestinian child, being used a a shield, get killed, even if its by a misguided Palestinian missile, and photographs, videos, and stories condemning Israel will be all over the news. Obama doesn't even acknowledge these death, after all they are only Jews. His hatred of Israel is becoming more and more apparent daily and Hillary Clinton will be no better. Billy has gotten millions of dollars from Arab countries for so called speaking engagements, some of which he funneled into Hilly's previous presidential run. Is this a way of getting around champaign laws banning acceptance of foreign money for presidential campaigns? If she does run again, look for Bilyl to make a series of speeches in the Middle East.
Two more comments of the "you just can't make this stuff up" type. First, in Norway they had a day commemorating "Kristallnacht," the night in pre WWII Germany the windows of Jewish shops all over Germany were vandalized by Nazi hooligans and brown shirts, but Jews were asked not to participate. This is like having a day to commemorate the Boston Massacre, but don't invite any Americans. Second, in Denmark they had a holocaust commemoration and memorial, but the money collected at the event was for Gaza.

Post Election Letter to the Mainstream Media
Dear Losers,
The results of the 2014 midterm elections demonstrated that your little six year experiment has been a total failure. The American public has come to realize that Barak Obama is not very wise, has a terrible vision for America, a disastrous failed foreign policy, and certainly not a leader. During the 2008 presidental primaries and campaigns you disgracefully hid the truth about this man from the public. Why didn't we hear about his ties to Bill Ayers, Alice Palmer, Saul Alinsky and other assorted socialists, communists, and radicals. Why did the LA Times withhold a video tape of Obama speaking at a dinner for retiring disgraced Professor of Mideast Studies at Columbia University Edward Said and new head Rashid Khalidi? Why didn't the media call for the release of his college and law school transcripts. After all Obama claimed he was to have the most transparent presidency, yeah right. This guy couldn't even be transparent with his life story. His two autobiographies were a joke ( actually written by others). How can someone who has accomplished so little have even one autobiography? Their only purpose was to serve as propaganda for an individual with no major life accomplishments. Graduating from high school, college, and law school isn't very unusual. My two sons have accomplished that and have gone on to successful careers. So have many of their friends and I am certain that they made better grades. Sarah Pallin gets nominated to the 2008 Republican ticket with John McCain and within 48 hours, we know all about her, her husband, and her children. Joe the plumber questions Obamas socialist policy of "spread the wealth around" and we know all about him in a day. Obama is running for president and the media is hiding his past rather than reporting it. It may be a good thing for the country to have a black president. I agree, but certainly not this one. Consider Herman Cain, with dozens of accomplishments in the private sector, Benjamin Carson MD, a renown pediatric neurosurgeon, or even Condoleezza Rice.
The purpose of the main stream media is to report the facts, not withhold them, because of personal political leanings. The behavior of the main stream media has been obscene. It is as if a fax machine in each media office receives talking points daily from the White House and then reported as fact without investigation and verification. Though there have been numerous scandals during the first six years of this regime, they have been all but ignored by the mainstream media. Where was the outrage with "Fast and Furious, " in which an American border agent was killed by a weapon that the regime allowed sold to the Mexican Drug Cartels? Where is the outrage with the IRS scandal? Where is the outrage over the stalled investigation? This is a serious crime, ladies and gentlemen, and the mainstream media should have been calling for a full investigation and prison time instead of barely noting that this even existed. It is required by law that all government emails and documents need to be saved and backed up but apparently these were not. No media out cry here. Where is the outrage over Benghazi, when Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans were murdered and mutilated? It barely got a blip but the regime's lie that it was the result of an obscure video heavily supported by the media. I find it ironic that during the 2008 democrat primary season one of the areas contended was who would be available with the 3AM emergency call. The real answer is neither Obama or Hillary would be available. While the disaster in Benghazi was in progress, Obama was going to sleep, after all he had a fund raiser in Las Vegas the next morning and Hillary Clinton, his inept Secretary of State, was probably asleep. If it weren't for Glen Beck, we never would have known that Obama Green Commissar appointee Van Jones was an admitted communist and in favor of violent revolution to overthrow our government. Before anyone is appointed a thorough FBI background check is performed. Therefore Obama was fully aware he was reporting a communist that advocated the violent overthrow of the government. He appointed Jones without Congressional review or approval. If Glen Beck could figure out this guy's background couldn't the mainstream media. That Jones was fired immediately, meant that Obama was aware of his violent background, but again tried to put one over on the American people.
The mainstream media has protected this President from one scandal or piece of bad news after another, mostly by failing to report whats happening or only reporting the White House explanation. The new scandal over Obamacare with Jonathan Gruber calling Americans stupid, citing the regime's lack of transparency, and Obama being fully aware of all this, have been nearly ignored except by Fox News. This regime has been the least transparent, the most political, anti economy, and even anti American ever. Nearly every scandal and their attempted coverups makes Watergate look like child.'s play and could only continue to happen because of the duplicity of the mainstream media. Where are and Woodward and Bernstein when we really need them.

This guy couldn't even be transparent with his life story. His two autobiographies were a joke ( actually written by others). How can someone who has accomplished so little have even one autobiography? Their only purpose was to serve as propaganda for an individual with no major life accomplishments. Graduating from high school, college, and law school isn't very unusual. My two sons have accomplished that and have gone on to successful careers. So have many of their friends and I am certain that they made better grades. Sarah Pallin gets nominated to the 2008 Republican ticket with John McCain and within 48 hours, we know all about her, her husband, and her children. Joe the plumber questions Obamas socialist policy of "spread the wealth around" and we know all about him in a day. Obama is running for president and the media is hiding his past rather than reporting it. It may be a good thing for the country to have a black president. I agree, but certainly not this one. Consider Herman Cain, with dozens of accomplishments in the private sector, Benjamin Carson MD, a renown pediatric neurosurgeon, or even Condoleezza Rice.

A Letter to the Republican Congress
Dear Winners,
You have won a great but not total victory in the 2014 mid term elections, but don't squander it. The American public has finally begun to see the light and has rejected the corruption, shallowness, and devastation of the Obama regime's policies. Although there is not a filibuster proof majority in the Senate, you can either convince some Democrat Senators to support the new program or continue with the nuclear option that was begun by Harry Reid. I think the former is possible, be4cause only an idiot would fail to see that supporting the Obama regime's inept and corrupt policies could prematurely end one's political career.
The most important issue to the public is the economy. Anyone that believes the unemployment rate is 5.9% is drinking the Cool aid the regime is putting out. It is more than double. A huge number of good jobs can be added by voting to approve the Pipeline. Our oil gas and coal industries can be a huge source of jobs and economic development, so roll back taxes and regulation. Rolling back the corporate tax rate will also allow many companies to repatriate trillions of dollars that are being held overseas. This money can then be put to good use by increasing jobs, r and d, and even enhancing share holder value with dividends and buy backs. You need to repeal the 1977 law barring oil exports. The United States has become the leading oil producer in the world due t fraking shattering the tired theory of "peak oil." There are twenty applications pending to construct terminals for shipping LNGs. We can produce natural gas so cheaply that we can undercut any producer in the world. Natural gas sales to Europe is Russia's main source of hard currency. By threatening to undercut the cost of natural gas, Russia and Putin will suddenly become more cooperative, as Putin knows that the oligarchs that support him would replace him if they started loosing billions. Saudi Arabia has temporarily cut the price of oil to undercut us as they are able to produce oil in the traditional way more cheaply because fraking is more costly as the drilling is deeper and water and some chemicals are necessary to get the shale to give up its oil. Reducing regulation will help lower our costs. Fortunately Saudi Arabia can only sustain a price war for ten or eleven months without hurting its economy.
Dowd-Frank needs to be significantly modified or repealed so that banks can begin lending to small businesses again. Jobs will be created. Obamacare needs to either be repealed or very significantly modified. Repeal would be best, but have your own plan available at the same time. This plan should allow patients to keep their own insurance plan if they like it, their doctor or doctors, their hospital. Put patients with preexisting conditions in a means tested Medicaid like program and those too poor can sign up for Medicaid. Restore the 700 billion taken from Medicare and disband the death panels.
Increasing the minimum wage to $10/hr would help to motivate some people to seek employment. Some states have limited time on welfare for able bodied individuals. Welfare should be only temporary, not a career choice. Increase the penalties for welfare fraud.
Immigration may be the toughest problem. Any reform has to begin by effectively closing the border. This could be simultaneously with increasing the number of legal immigrants allowed each year and an efficiently run guest worker program. Anyone, legal or illegal committing a felony should be deported after serving their sentence, never to be allowed back. Illegals in prison now ought to be deported when they finish their sentence. Both legal and illegal immigrants should not be able to obtain any welfare benefits and the concept of anchor babies for illegal should be banned by denying automatic citizenship for infants of illegal born in the United States. What to do about those already here? Eliminating welfare, anchor babies, and cracking down on businesses that hire illegals would cause many to go back from whence they came. Cities and/or states the list them selves a sanctuary should have federal funds withheld. For those that have lived here for ten years or more and work, they should be able to get a green card, pay taxes (and back taxes) and eventually apply for citizenship if they learn English and meet other requirements. This type of plan is realistic.

Post election letter to President Obama
Dear Mr. President,
Now that the 2014 midterm elections are over, I would like to remind you in your own words, "elections have consequence". The 2010 mid term elections made Nancy Pelosi irrelevant and now the 2014 elections have added Harry Reid and the rest of the Democrat Party. You are now becoming irrelevant but you can change that. It is obvious that your misguided policies have destroyed the Democrat Party but it will certainly that recover, but only after you are gone. In 2008, most of those who voted for you, were enticed by your vague message of "hope and change" Little did they know that "hope and change" would lead to despair and misery. A wise man would have known that every attempt at socialism and communism has failed miserably. Roosevelt's New Deal was a total failure to get America out of the depression. It wasn't until he changed course and realized that America's sputtering private sector could be brought back to life by being the arsenal of democracy in World War II. Historians are just starting to understand this fact, as mostly being liberal, they wanted to believe that the New Deal was the solution.
In 1994, the country realized that it had strayed too far to the left under Clinton and a Republican majority, the first since the %0's claimed the House of Representatives. Clinton quickly realized that if he wanted to get something done that would benefit the country, he needed to work with Republicans and wound up with a fairly successful Presidency, compared with Jimmy Carter the last Democrat President to preceded him twelve years earlier.
So far your presidency has been an utter failure. The only significant piece of legislation that has been enacted is Obamacare and at every step of the way it has failed. It was ill conceived legislation designed more to burden the middle class then establish improve quality and access to healthcare. The few positive things that it accomplished could have been established by placing people, who could not afford or obtain health insurance due to preexisting conditions, into a means tested Medicaid program. Other refinements to the system could also have benefited everyone. This would have cost a few additional billion dollars, not the 2-4 trillion. Dodd-Frank has also failed making it difficult to obtain loans even though interest rates are low. Small business loans are necessary to grow and expand the economy. You have over regulated and taxed our economy into stagnation. Get on the winning team for a change, lower taxes, lift burdensome regulation, encourage our oil, gas and coal energy industry. Shipping gas (LNG) and oil overseas would eliminate the trade deficit, allow for a budget surplus and pay down the national debt.
Finally, give up your tired diatribe on climate change. Human based climate change and/or human based global warming doesn't exist. The eruption of the volcano in Iceland wiped out all the CO2 emission savings in the world over the past 5 years in just 4 days and our climate is still cooling not getting warmer. Climate change politics are just another way to attack capitalism and our economy. Wise Americans are on to you.
Starting in January the Republicans are going to send you one bill after another that will restore a boomimg economy and created jobs. You can either put your two cents in while the bills are being formulated or use your pen and veto them. With a veto who becomes the party of "no" and irrelevant? So far your presidency has been the most corrupt with one scandal after another and the least achieving in my lifetime. If you don't change course you will go down as the worst president in American history. Alcatraz would then be the perfect site for the Obama presidential library. Take my advice, I have my eye on you.

Look what party is down for count after the 2014 elections
Tuesday night my faith in the American public was restored as the results from the mid term elections were reported. In 2008, the media predicted that Obamas election and the wave of Dems elected to office, spelled the demise of the Republican Party. In 2010 we saw some revival, with a slight relapse in 2012, but now as I predicted, look what has happened to all of those Dem politicians who tied their futures to Obama, Reid, and Pelosi. Many are unemployed as of January 2015 and that's a good thing. Any way the Dems tried to spin it, it was a stunning and overwhelming victory for Republicans, who captured control of the Senate, increased their majority in the House of Representatives, won nearly all of the gubernatorial races, and drove Obama kicking and screaming into irrelevancy.
My only deep disappointment was that the Brillo haired bitch that represents my congressional district, Debby (Dummy) Wasserman-Schultz, won again. Though Joe Kaufman was a good candidate, he ran an unenthused campaign. I didn't receive one notice of an appearance or event. If the Republican National Committee wants to oust this liar and mouthpiece for Barak Obama and Nancy Pelosi, they need to invest some money for a powerful ground game. There is no reason why a dummy should get 2/3 of the vote. The Republican controlled legislature should gerrymander her district to get rid Century Village in Pembroke Pines. It consists of mostly retired New York City government workers who are controlled by the same Democrat precinct boss from New York, who moved with them to Florida. Next throw a bagel brunch at every condo in Aventura and have a debate with DWS. She won't be there as she has everything to loose from a real debate, but a slick video with all of her stupid responses and lies could serve as her answers to debate questions. Just a thought, but maybe I'll try to sell my idea to the Republican Party chairman for 2016.
Though initially trailing in many senatorial races, many Republican candidates came from behind and soundly defeated their Democrat opponent. In Virginia, the outcome will be decided by a recount as the difference is only 0.5%, but I think the incumbent Democrat John Warner, who is leading, will win. Still Ed Gillespie did a remarkable job with no national funding and trailing by almost 20% two month ago. This election cycle shows what running quality candidates can do for the party. Currently the score stands at Republicans 52 senators to 45 for the Dems. After recounts, a runoff in Louisiana, and counting the absentee ballots in Alaska the finally tally will show Republicans with a 54 to 46 majority for a net gain of nine seats. Harry Reid who had controlled the Senate and blocked all legislation that would embarrass the president will now be in the minority. Hopefully the Republicans will turn his tactics that limited debate, blocked amendments, prevented filibusters, and tied up bills from the House against him, but watch the Dems and media complain. Maybe the Senate will send the President and annual budget as it failed to do under Harry Reid.
If the House and Senate can work together, they can send one bill after another to Obama, abolishing Obamacare, eliminating huge blocks of government regulations, allowing our oil, gas, and coal industries to flourish. A smart guy, Obama isn't, would encourage Congress to eliminate the 1977 law preventing exports of oil and encourage fracking everywhere we know there is oil. We have so much oil and natural gas, that allowing exports would eliminate the deficit and significantly decrease the national debt. Since we are able to extract oil and gas more efficiently than anyone else and therefore sell it more cheaply, exports of natural gas would hurt Russia and Putin tremendously as Russia relies on the hard currency it gets from its gas and oil exports. The Russian oligarchs would be very unhappy and Putin could loose his job. Maybe Ukraine could get the Crimea back and even join NATO in some sort of deal involving natural gas shipments to Europe. Venezuela, Iran, and Qatar would also be impacted by this change in policy.
I can't finish without giving a special mention to the superstar of this uplifting election, Scott Walker, Governor of Wisconsin. He has won three elections in four years including a recall elections. Millions of outside money has been poured into the campaign to defeat him. Barak and Moochelle showed up, Billy and Hilly showed up. Labor Union contributed millions. So why was he reelected in a very blue state? He took a state that was deeply in debt reduced the size of government, eliminated wasteful spending, and produced a budget surplus that allowed him to reduce taxes. This attracted businesses to Wisconsin. He took on the teachers' and public employee unions to a level more in keeping with the private sector. The quality of education improved. His plan is a model for any state that wants to serve its people and the people of Wisconsin recognized his accomplishments.
Finally, the Republican leadership ought to come up with a thoughtful plan to get the United States economy back on track. Dare Obama to veto their bills, and if he vetoes their bills, the Democrats become the party of no, unless they, seeing what happened to their colleagues who blindly supported Obama, vote with Republicans to override his veto. Then Obama becomes totally insignificant.

Though initially trailing in many senatorial races, many Republican candidates came from behind and soundly defeated their Democrat opponent. In Virginia, the outcome will be decided by a recount as the difference is only 0.5%, but I think the incumbent Democrat John Warner, who is leading, will win. Still Ed Gillespie did a remarkable job with no national funding and trailing by almost 20% two month ago. This election cycle shows what running quality candidates can do for the party. Currently the score stands at Republicans 52 senators to 45 for the Dems. After recounts, a runoff in Louisiana, and counting the absentee ballots in Alaska the finally tally will show Republicans with a 54 to 46 majority for a net gain of nine seats. Harry Reid who had controlled the Senate and blocked all legislation that would embarrass the president will now be in the minority. Hopefully the Republicans will turn his tactics that limited debate, blocked amendments, prevented filibusters, and tied up bills from the House against him, but watch the Dems and media complain. Maybe the Senate will send the President and annual budget as it failed to do under Harry Reid.
If the House and Senate can work together, they can send one bill after another to Obama, abolishing Obamacare, eliminating huge blocks of government regulations, allowing our oil, gas, and coal industries to flourish. A smart guy, Obama isn't, would encourage Congress to eliminate the 1977 law preventing exports of oil and encourage fracking everywhere we know there is oil. We have so much oil and natural gas, that allowing exports would eliminate the deficit and significantly decrease the national debt. Since we are able to extract oil and gas more efficiently than anyone else and therefore sell it more cheaply, exports of natural gas would hurt Russia and Putin tremendously as Russia relies on the hard currency it gets from its gas and oil exports. The Russian oligarchs would be very unhappy and Putin could loose his job. Maybe Ukraine could get the Crimea back and even join NATO in some sort of deal involving natural gas shipments to Europe. Venezuela, Iran, and Qatar would also be impacted by this change in policy.
I can't finish without giving a special mention to the superstar of this uplifting election, Scott Walker, Governor of Wisconsin. He has won three elections in four years including a recall elections. Millions of outside money has been poured into the campaign to defeat him. Barak and Moochelle showed up, Billy and Hilly showed up. Labor Union contributed millions. So why was he reelected in a very blue state? He took a state that was deeply in debt reduced the size of government, eliminated wasteful spending, and produced a budget surplus that allowed him to reduce taxes. This attracted businesses to Wisconsin. He took on the teachers' and public employee unions to a level more in keeping with the private sector. The quality of education improved. His plan is a model for any state that wants to serve its people and the people of Wisconsin recognized his accomplishments.
Finally, the Republican leadership ought to come up with a thoughtful plan to get the United States economy back on track. Dare Obama to veto their bills, and if he vetoes their bills, the Democrats become the party of no, unless they, seeing what happened to their colleagues who blindly supported Obama, vote with Republicans to override his veto. Then Obama becomes totally insignificant.

Cavuto interviews Jack Welch and related stuff,
Saturday morning, will most of you were in bed sleeping off your Halloween revelry from the previous, I watched Neil Cavuto interview Jack Welch, former CEO of General Electric, when it was a vibrant successful company and great to share holders. During his 20 year tenure as CEO, Welch increase the value of GE 4000%. Now it is run by Jeffery Immelt., an Obama supporter, and appointee to Obama's economic council in February of 2009. Two years later, he was made its chairman. Shortly after that, GE cut its dividend by 2/3. GE stock is widely held and in the portfolios of many retirees and numerous IRAs and pension plans. The stock price plummeted as investors left in droves seeking a better return. GE has slowly increased its dividend, but it still is only 2/3 of hat it was before the cut. Immelt has done a poor job of running the company, but retains his position with the board by bribing them with lavish perks. Under Welch GE and its stock holders prospered, but the stock price never recovered from its all time highs after Immelt replaced Welch in 2000.
Welch is a Republican and makes no bones about it. He has been and still is very critical of the The Obama regime. He was highly critical of Hillary Clinton's recentt statement that echoed Obama's and was extremely critical of business, capitalism, and business's ability to create jobs. Both Obama and Clinton never built anything in their lives or created one single job outside of government. The "world's smartest lady," (Obama is the world's smartest man) wanted to get a job in Washington, DC after graduating from law school, but couldn't pass the DC bar exam so she went to Arkansas. It wasn't until Bill became Arkansas Attorney General that Hilly got a job with the Rose LawFirm and did become a partner until he became governor. Therefore she knows all about cronyism. Hillycare was a disaster and failed to pass congress. (You don't write a massive law concerning healthcare without consulting doctors. Should our next Supreme Court Justice be a doctor, dentist, or architect?) After carpetbagging her way to New York and becoming its Senator, she was unable to create any important legislation. He major accomplishments were getting bills passed for the naming of post office and government building in New York. Her resume' is even thinner than Obama's. (Our "indian princess" Elizabeth Warren's is even thinner.) Maybe one or both will win the Nobel Prize to add some substance to the CVs before 2016.

Ebola, Obama's Final Solution
If you have followed my column, you would know that I know that Obama is out to change America into a socialist, at best, or communist, worst case scenario, dictatorship. His means of doing this is by destroying the American economy. He has come to realize that this very difficult to do in eight years and had pretty much given up trying, but then Ebola comes along and now he and Valerie Jarrett have become reenthused. Let me explain.
Any rational person who would want to avoid Ebola from reaching America would not allow anyone with a passport from a West African country or with a visa stamp from any west African country to set foot on American soil. By not observing this policy we already have one criminal with Ebola (its a crime to lie on your immigration form) who is dead, but not before he at least passed it on to several others and maybe more. The weak excuse given by the regime is that it will ruin the economy of West African countries. I say what economies and who gives a damn as Ebola could certainly ruin ours. Any West African who thinks he may be afflicted would try to get here either by flying in from another country or by flying to Mexico and crossing our border. If Ebola comes to Central America, we all may be dead. And if continuing to allow West Africans into our country is enough, Obama has doubled down by sending 4000 American soldiers to West Africa as well. Several hundred civilians have been killed in Syria and Iraq, many by ISIS and Obama just gives lip service with 4 05 air strikes a day and forming a coalition that has signed on to do nothing.
At this point a little history lesson is necessary. The last great lethal pandemic to come to America in 191b was the great influenza pandemic or Spanish Flu in which millions of people died all over the world with between 500,000-750,000 in the United States, mostly from a secondary infection of bacterial pneumonia. This represented about 28% of all affected individual. Ground zero for the pandemic was Ft. Riley, Kansas. An army cook was the first individual and it was quickly passed on to a thousand soldiers. It the rapidly spread first following the deployment of soldiers from Ft. Riley all over the United States and the World. The pandemic finally burned itself out by 1920 apparently mutating to a non virulent viral strain.
So far the Ebola Epidemic has killed over 4000 people, mostly in Liberia, Guinea, and Sierra Leone, and now one in the United States. It is estimated that another 8000 will die in Africa in the next month. Infection and deaths have been increase exponentially since April, 2014. Between 50% and 70% of individuals, who contract the disease, die. Care is mainly supportive and those that do survive may have suffered permanent injury from the virus. Currently there is no vaccine to impart immunity, though several are in advanced trial stage. Even if these trial prove successful, it will take time to manufacture and administer the vaccine. It should be given to hospital and medical personal first, since they are most likely to come into contact with affected individuals. A miracle drug, not yet approved by the FDA, seems to be effective, but the total inventory was used treating just a few patients brought back to the United States from West Africa.
An Ebola epidemic within the United States would devastate our economy. Panic would set in and people would be afraid to venture from their homes, even for work. People would demand treatment for themselves and family members. Even if patients had real insurance or Obamacare insurance (does Obamacare insurance cover Ebola?) with its huge deductibles, there is not enough money or resources to provide care to everyone infected. If you are over 75 years old, forget about it. The death panels will kick in and you will be stuck at home with only family members, not trained in universal precautions to provide care. You can be cremated with your family. I guess Obamacare would provide for your dead body to be hauled to government oven to be cremated so as not to infect othesr. (Death panels and ovens, sounds a little like Auschwitz.
With the economy in disarray, the government out of money, and rioting in the streets for food and medical care, marshal law would be declared, elections cancelled, Congress and the courts disbanded and the military patrolling our neighborhood to quell unrest. Since nearly all of the senior and junior officers who opposed Obama's plan for the military, have been purged from the army and navy, there is far less chance of a military coup. When Ebola finally ends, we will be left with a communist dictatorship, a new currency, and the Obamas as dictator and dictators for life, a pretty chilling scenario. Don't think it can't happen here as who would have thought that someone who hates America, its Constitution, and freedom, with virtually no experience or ability could ever be elected president and all because we didn't seal our borders.

The PC police and other Liberal Distractions
Political correctness was invented by liberals to alter, distract, and confuse reality. For example, illegal aliens are called undocumented workers by the left. Many don't work and are on welfare or exist as common criminals. The fact that regardless of what they are doing here, they are here illegally and in violation of United States federal law. Though the term "illegal alien" describes them to a tee, undocumented worker alters that reality. With that in mind, a drug dealer could be called an unlicensed pharmacist, a chop shop an independent auto parts store, or an identity thief an unauthorized computer geek. Bernie Madoff could be called a savvy investment manager who raised billions on wall street, but now is involved with a long term project at a government facility.
The term African American is also confusing as most negroes, the proper term, and their parents were not born in Africa. I have caucasian friends from South Africa who have children that were born here and may be termed African Americans. African American is not really a racial term. It is a term for country or continent of origin. Now a days Americans are of mixed ethnicities and skin colors so even the terms white, black, brown, tan, red, and yellow may be confusing. When one inquires about race, people tend to identify with the race they think they most closely resemble, or want to be for an advantage. Ultraliberal harpy Elizabeth Warren got a job through affirmative action, claiming she is an American indian. As it turned out she may have a few indian genes as her great great great grandmother may have been an American Indian. She is being touted by the far far left as a presidential candidate in 2016. She may run as the first American indian candidate.
Racist seems to be the politically correct term for anyone who disagrees with or opposes President Obama's crippling policies. Liberals and progressives (the politically correct term for socialists and communists) use this as an excuse so they don't have to debate or respond to appropriate criticism as they know they would loose. Racism seems to be the popular excuse for any liberal that fails to get elected or program that fails. Recently the VW plant in Chattanooga, Tennessee held a secret ballot to determine whether the workers could unionize. The United Auto Workers Union was allow to come into the plant and speak to the workers with out any resistance or threats from VW. The spent millions, but still lost. Liberal have blamed racism as the cause as they claim there is not a huge number of Negro workers at the plant, as if that would make a difference. The workers realized that by unionizing they would take home $3 per hour less, loose some freedom of choice and speech, and did not want what has happened to Detroit to happen to Chattanooga.
Anti woman and anti gay are other terms that liberal like to throw out. Could it be that liberal could be called anti god or religion. To criticize people for their just religious beliefs is unacceptable. Interestingly, Muslims who openly persecute gays and repress women are given a pass as the left is very happy with their anti America tenets. President Obama refuses to even admit that ISIS is an arm of radical Islam. He refuses to use the term radical Islam.our wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are called "overseas contingencies". A Muslim army colonel yelling "Allah akbar" while killing and wounding several dozen soldiers at Ft. Hood or a Muslim convert also yelling "Allah akbar" beheading a woman and stabbing another are termed work place violence instead of terror.
The new pc term for global warming is climate change and the substances that were necessary to begin and perpetuate life on Earth are now called greenhouse gasses and are considered undesirable by the left. Recognizing that global temperatures are actually decreasing fractions over the past eighteen years and very harsh and cold winters global warming was changed to climate change except in far left groups that are anti America or with those that are still drinking the Koolade. Climate change has existed long before humans walked the Earth and will continue for millennia to come. Man and, more importantly, the United States have virtually nothing to do with it. Just the other day, President Obama in between rounds of golf with King Abdullah in California blamed global warming for California drought. In fact, the lack of water is due to reservoirs and dams that were designed to preserve the water supply, being misused in order to preserve a tiny fish called the snail darter. Sadly species come and go both naturally and sometimes unnaturally. Image what life would be like if dinsours still existed in the Everglades. A resident of Weston might wake up to find a triceratops grazing in his backyard, or a herd of dinosaurs blocking I75, or a child or pet carried off by a pterroposus. Its a good thing to try to preserve species, but not at the expense of human life.
As a conservative, I respect all religions and ethnicities respect mine, as well as all political views that also respect mine, but any group that wants me dead as far as I'm concerned does not have the right to exist and we as Americans ought to kill them before they kill us, the hell with political correctness.

The Obama Foreign Policy Team is in Last Place in the T-ball League

No where has Obama-Clinton foreign policy failed the most as it has in the Middle East. Because of his muslim schooling in Indonesia and his way with words (written for him on a teleprompter), he thought he could win the hearts and minds of Muslims by going to Cairo and apologizing for all the wrongs that America has caused Muslims in the past. Interestingly, the only ones that I can think of are our attacks on Afghanistan and Iraq, the former for harboring a protecting Al Quada after they attacked us and Iraq after Sadam Hussein invaded Kuwait, our ally, and then failed to live up to the agreements with the cease fire. Our support of Israel is also another issue that doesn't hold water. Almost all Democratic Presidents have violated the first rule of waging war, never tell the enemy when, where, or with what you will strike. Leave all options on the table even if you do not plan on using them. Truman, a president for whom I have some admiration, used the Yalu River as a boundary not wanting to bring Red China into the Korean war. This gave Migs a safe haven and guess what, a massive Chinese army came to the aid of its ally North Korea. The Kennedy-Johnson regimes set boundaries in North Viet Nam, Cambodia, and Laos. All were used by the enemy to their advantage. In fact General Westmoreland had to listen to two academic boobs, Robert McNamara and McGeorge Bundy, who thought they could run the war from their Cozy offices in Washington. Carter degraded our military and failed to see the threat from Khomeni in Iran, abandoning the Shah, favoring an anti America and far more brutal regime that replaced him. We are still paying the price for Carter's error today with Iran on the verge of becoming a nuclear power. Clinton also degraded our military only to use it in Somalia and Serbia. In the war in the Balkans Clinton promised no boots on the ground. He didn't need to. There was an adequate UN force supporting the people of Kosovo, but by leaving all possibilities open, he could have transferred our elite 10th mountain division for maneuvers in Italy right across the Adriatic from Kosovo. This bluff could have helped end the fighting sooner.
Obama has broken all the rules. First and for most he has degraded our military and decimated its current and future leadership. He has delayed on deployment as he did for the surge in Afghanistan. He has set up timetables, about the worst thing we could do. The Korean War was ended in 1953 yet 6o years later there is still an American army there.He has drawn lines in the sand only to ignore them. He has delayed in making a decision allow the situations to get worse, And now he continues with the "no boots on the ground" rhetoric. (He is will to put 3000 pairs of boots on the ground though I'm Liberia where there is an ebola virus epidemic. Soon he was set a timetable. At least he is following my plan to get rid of ISIS. First ISIS needs to be cut off from its financial resources. Watch the army disappear when the cash dries up. This can be done by bombing refineries, roads and bridges, and destroying any pipelines. Threaten to bomb locals where black market oil is available and cut off access to the world banking system for ISIS in general and for those who want to deal in black-market oil. Although a coalition is absolutely necessary, American dominance and leadership are essential. It would be great if the World Court would start calling the ISIS leadership war criminals and threaten to try them when caught and hang their ass, then bury them in a pig's carcass at a secret locale. No 72 virgins for these killers, not even a 72 year old virgin.
Lastly, Obama and Clinton have always seemed to choose the wrong side to support. Hillary initially supported Assad in Syria and the jihad favoring Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and the Middle East. Fortunately the Egyptian army decided that the Brotherhood was bad for Egypt and deposed these murders. Like wise Obama equates building housing with rocket attacks, terror tunnels, and human shields. Of course Obama and Kerry still consider global warming a bigger threat than ISIS. They are f--king out of their minds. Anyone with half a brain knows that human based global warming does not exist and that the world is going through a cooling phase right now. Sadly Obama is more interested in establishing a communist dictatorship, controlling our lives and minds than establishing a sound and strong foreign policy. To him, foreign policy just gets in the way.

The Obama Foreign Policy Team is in Last Place in the T-ball League
Part 3A
As I will point out, the entire Obama foreign policy has been a total disaster because it is based on his misguided opinion and hatred of America, resulting in both the disastrous domestic and foreign policies he has tried to put in place. In many instances, the two are intimately related.
His unwillingness to protect and defend our southern border has bolstered the Mexican drug cartels and their ability to both bribe and scare Mexican government officials and police. Combine this with the "fast and furious" scandal and it seems like we are empowering the wrong people south of the border. Promoting the mass exodus of children from Central America is also a significant part of this issue and finally opening our borders to any and all comers also opens our country to diseases of epidemic proportion, ruthless criminals, invading terrorists, and economic peril having to take care of all these illegal aliens (a term the president and his ultraliberal ilk refuse to use). In fact, the regime is letting Mexican and Central American criminals out of prison without deporting them back to their own countries while a decorated marine rots away in a Tiajuna hell hole prison. Here's an idea. Let's tell Mexico that we will immediately deport 100,000 criminals to Mexico City unless our marine is immediately repatriated. Due to Obama's failed policy, Mexico is rapidly becoming a criminalocracy even worse than Columbia was during the eighties. Further to the South, not only is it okay for Brazil to drill offshore for oil, Obama's regime is helping to finance it, while he tires to hinder and delay the same thing off our own coasts.
He has embarrassed and criticized our two best allies, England and Israel. As soon as he took office in 2009, he sent the Churchhill bust, a gift from England, back to the British embassy rather than merely storing it with other objects that are currently not on display. It seems that Obama has been miseducated that England, Israel, and the United States were and are today all imperialistic nations that have exploited other countries for their own benefit. He was also misinformed of that his grandfather was tortured by the British in Kenya, during the Mau Mau revolt in the 1950's. His beliefs are in lock step with the far far left, especially when it come to Israel and the United States. English Prime Minister Cameron seems to have distanced himself from Obama, even though the British have suffered similar beheadings and internal terror attacks. I don't think he trusts Obama (neither do I). Shortly after bowing to King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia, Obama made Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu wait while he ate dinner, a sign of disrespect that he would show to no other leader. The regime continues to equate building houses with launching rockets at civilians and constructing terror tunnels. Support for Israel by Obama, Hillary Clinton, and Kerry has been half hearted at best. No one can trust Obama or believe a word he says.
Obama's domestic policy has made it far more difficult to deal with Europe, Nato, and the Russians. Obama is desperate to destroy the American economy, using regulation and delaying tactics. He and Kerry have even tried to claim global warming is the most serious enemy of our country. He is almost correct. It should be that those who believe in human based global warming are the most serious threat to our country. (In reality Global cooling has occurred the last 16 years, there is more polar ice and it is still growing, and the polar bear population around the world is at record highs, except where the eskimos are allowed to kill them.) If the regime had approved pipe lines and coastal facilities the liquify natural gas more quickly, we could easily drive a wedge between Russia and Western Europe that depends on natural gas from Russia. Not only is the US the leading producer of natural gas in the world, but it can produce it far more cheaply. The Europeans pay Russia almost three times per unit of what natural gas costs in the US. Not only would selling natural gas more cheaply to Western Europe eliminate the Russian stranglehold, but it would eliminate one of Russia's major sources of hard currency, making Putin far more willing to listen to reason as he sees the Russian economy devastated. Russia would be forced to back out of Ukraine, put more pressure on Syria and Iran, an quash any dreams it has for reestablishing the Russian empire. Similarly, we have become the leading producer of oil, but it would take Congress to reverse a law they passed during the Carter era banning crude oil exports. If you believe that energy controls the world, than we, with an insightful and strong president could do so. In addition or coffers would be brimming with cash, from taxes and fees from energy exports. We might even eliminate the deficit and reduce the national debt.
In the Far East, North Korea continues to refine its rocketry program and accumulate nuclear weapons. In addition like Iran it exports weapons and technology to bad guys all over the world. China continues to threaten its neighbors as it sees Obama as a total wimp more interested in his golf game that world affairs. If the economies of the US and China were not so linked, they would be even more aggressive. Any threats from the regime have been ignore, because our enemies know that Obama won't follow through.

Thew Obama Foreign Policy Team is in Last Place in the t-ball League
Part 2
Now that we've discussed and learned about how ill prepared and in effected the leader of the team has been, its time to learn about the rest of his t-ball team. The Secretary of State is one of the most the most important representative of America to the World next to the President. Many secretaries of state have been able to advance American interests as effective mediators and framers of foreign policy. The two that come to mind during my lifetime are George C. Marshall and Henry Kissenger. Marshall went from being Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff during World War II to Secretary of State under Truman. Not only did he effectively manage our war effort, but he chose the right leadership for the job. Post war he formulated the Marshall plan to reconstruct Europe and shield Western Europe from communism. The Berlin airlift stopped the Russians from taking over all of Germany. Kissenger orchestrated the opening of relations with Red China, splitting the then shaky Sino-Russian alliance and softening one aspect of the cold war. These things could not have happened without knowledgeable people who understand what's going on in the world and how to deal with people. Obama has appointed two of the least knowledgeable and effective secretaries of state, even less effective than Madeline Albright, if that can be believed.
When Obama nominated Hillary Clinton to be his Secretary of State, the Dems and left cheered at this as it brought the Democrat Party together. It also would keep Hillary out of the country much of the time, so she could not organize an effective election campaign in 2012, (Bill also was happy as he could plan his trysts without her interference) On paper it seemed like a great choice, but in reality Hillary was poorly prepared for the job. Other than having met most of the leaders in the world and their wives, she contributed virtually nothing to a rather shaky foreign policy during her husband's regime. She gave her stump speech in a few countries on women's rights, and served as hostess at innumerable state dinners, nothing in her background suggested that she could be an effective secretary of state. Beholden to Obama for bailing out her massive campaign debt, she could not very well argue with the President about policy and instead became another butt licker like so many of his appointees. The "world's smartest woman" was not really so smart. She couldn't even pass the DC bar exam. She, like Obama, has a seemingly impressive, but empty resume. All of her positions including law partner at the Rose Law firm in Little Rock, were not gained because of her hard work, but because she was married to Bill, who was first State Attorney General, then Governor, and finally President. Her most effective legislation as senator was to get the naming of six post offices in New York approved. Finally she has a very obnoxious personality, not one that could build trust and friendship. God forbid she should become president. The country can't afford another president with a thin resume.

A life long politician like Al Gore, he has usually been on the wrong side of most issues related to foreign policy. He even made what turned out to be empty accusations against our troops in Viet Nam. He reminds me of the Neidermeyer character in Animal House who was shot and killed by his troops in Viet Nam. About his only real accomplishment had been to marry a very wealthy woman, the heiress Patricia Heinz. I wonder who wears the pants in the relationship. Kerry's stewardship had thus far been lack luster.
Susan Rice is also on the NSA team as Ambassador to the United Nations and now as a special appointee.. This idiot, who believed the story about the video causing the tragedy in Libya, was originally Obama's choice for Secretary of State. What she could contribute other than another useless butt taking up space is unknown to me. Chuck Hagel's antimilitary attitude makes him a perfect Secretary of Defense for the regime. Obama says he wants to degraded ISIL but under Hagel, he degraded our military. The military projects power and is an important contributor to foreign policy. American power has been considerably diminished under the regime. Other members of the NSA have demonstrated they they are little more than yes men who, if they have anything to contribute are afraid to do so.
So who is in charge of foreign policy? Iranian born Valerie Jarrett has the last word and runs the show, though others in the political wing of the White House also contribute. Jarrett actually got the Obamas involved in far left Chicago politics and is probably a text book example of cronyism. Typical of many ultraliberals, Jarrett is a millionaire with an overall philosophy that would prevent us from becoming millionaires. She has no experience in foreign policy, but is an expert on dirty politics due to her association with rough and tumble Chicago politics. She is there to protect Obama politically regardless of what is beast for the country. No doubt about it, in the White House, she runs the show.

Obama says he wants to degraded ISIL but under Hagel, he degraded our military. The military projects power and is an important contributor to foreign policy. American power has been considerably diminished under the regime. Other members of the NSA have demonstrated they they are little more than yes men who, if they have anything to contribute are afraid to do so.
So who is in charge of foreign policy? Iranian born Valerie Jarrett has the last word and runs the show, though others in the political wing of the White House also contribute. Jarrett actually got the Obamas involved in far left Chicago politics and is probably a text book example of cronyism. Typical of many ultraliberals, Jarrett is a millionaire with an overall philosophy that would prevent us from becoming millionaires. She has no experience in foreign policy, but is an expert on dirty politics due to her association with rough and tumble Chicago politics. She is there to protect Obama politically regardless of what is beast for the country. No doubt about it, in the White House, she runs the show.
I've decided in part 3 to list and briefly review many of the total failures of the regime. I think there is virtually no area even his few successes that he hash't botched in some way.

The Obama Foreign Policy Team is in Last Place in the T-ball League
Part 1
The Obama foreign policy team has been a total failure and it failures continue to multiply. Would you expect otherwise. Obama was voted into office with much hype, but in reality little to back it up. He could talk the talk, but by now it is obvious to all, but cool aid drinkers, that he can't walk the walk or even crawl for that matter. Even a cursory glance at his background showed little experience that he could run or manage anything, much less something as complex as foreign policy. When Obama said, "you didn't build that," he was actually talking about his own lackluster career. One of the reasons he decided on Joe Biden as a running mate was Biden's expertise in foreign policy, though in reality Biden, a life long politician, has been on the wrong side of nearly every issue.
Though his curriculum vitae is filled with positions, elective offices, and honors he has won, in reality it show very little of real accomplishment. He got into Columbia by claiming to be an Indonesia. How else would a mediocre student at Occidental College manage a transfer. Few people remember him from Columbia except his favorite professor, the defamed author of Orientalism and head of the Mideast Studies Department, who gave Obama his only A. After college he moved to Chicago, chosen because it was the hometown of his mentor Frank Davis, an admitted member of the Communist Party of America. Working as a community activist he came in contact with the far far left of Chicago. Seen by Bill Ayres as articulate, unthreatening, and easily manipulated, Ayres had his father, CEO of Commonwealth Edison, but a leftist, secure admission to Harvard Law School and pay Obama's tuition. He was elected to Law Review as it head, a prestigious award, but never wrote a published paper, something almost unheard of for the head of law review at any university, much less Harvard. After graduation, he moved back to Chicago to work for a law firm that was essentially the legal arm of ACORN. The most noticeable case of his law practice was that his name appears as one of six attorneys that represented an ACORN client in Bucyk Robeson vs City Group of Chicago. As it turns out this was a very important law suit as it used the Community Redevelopment Act (CRA) as passed by Clinton and the Democrats to force lenders to provide mortgages to people who couldn't afford to pay them back, leading to the home mortgage crisis a dozen or so years later.
Through his socialist, communist, and anarchist contacts, Obama was induced to run for office in Illinois. By disqualifying all of his opponents, Obama became a state senator, double crossing his political mentor, Communist Alice Palmer. He rarely took a stand on any issue voting present over a hundred times. Any new legislation he introduced was written by other politicians who wanted to advance Obama's career. In his US Senate run, his henchmen broke the law...twice, in order to first have his Democrat primary opponent who was leading the race and then use the same tactic to get his Republican opponent who was also way out ahead resign. In both instances, sealed divorce records were illegally opened in violation of the law. As a US Senator, he has no real record to speak of as he was more interested in running for President than promoting important legislation. So here we have a President with virtually no experience and is handled and managed by the far anti America left.
After being elected president, his life becomes even more absurd and bizarre. He is voted the Nobel Peace Prize for accomplishing nothing (only Al Gore's global warming hoax is worse). With this award under his belt, one might think that Obama could have brought peace to the Ukraine, Syria, Gaza, Libya, Sudan, Iran, or even the streets of Ferguson, Missouri. Instead he is seen as a paper tiger who has severely diminished America's influence throughout the world. It could be said that the world has become less safe and less peaceful since he was elected. His way of dealing with important world issue is to delay in making a decision with the hope that it will just go away or resolve itself.

Should Eric Holder go to Utah?
Apparently the shooting of an unarmed young black man by a white police officer in Ferguson, Missouri, a northern suburb of St. Louis, is so important to warrant a statement from a golfing and vacationing President Obama and a visit and an investigation by U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and the Department of Justice. Multiple investigations are still taking place so all of the facts are not in and there are multiple conflicting eyewitness testimonies. What we do know is that Michael Brown was stopped while walking in the middle of the street after committing a strong arm robbery at a neighborhood convenience store for which the police were called. He was stopped in the middle of the street by Officer Darren Wilson in his patrol car and this led to the shooting. Brown who was unarmed was shot six times by Wilson. There was some sort of scuffle immediately preceding the shooting and Wilson sustained a significant facial injury, an orbital floor fracture. That is all we know for certain.
As word of the shooting spread in the community, residents of Ferguson hit the streets protesting the shooting. The protests quickly turned into looting and burning of local stores that the county police could not handle. Governor Jay Nixon (D) called in the highway patrol and eventually the National Guard for crowd control and to stop the looting. Race baiter Al Sharpton showed up and seemed to fan the flames and clearly countered the efforts by Capt. Ron Johnson of the highway patrol and one who grew up in the community, to quiet the rioting and bring calm and reason to the situation. Hundred of protestors and looters were arrested and most live in other communities in the St. Louis area, but some came from as far away as California and New York. The looters attempted to spread the violence outside of Ferguson, but this was quickly quelled. Eventually President Obama called Brown's family and sent Holder to investigate. With so much conflicting eyewitness descriptions, the county prosecutor rightly convened a grand jury to gather evidence and determine if there is enough to warrant an indictment.
On August 11 a similar incident occurred outside a convenience store near Salt Lake City. In this case, a black police officer (the local media described the officer as not white) shot and killed an unarmed 20 year old white man. The officer thought he had a weapon as the police had received a 911 call from the store of a possible gun. The victim, Dillon Taylor, had a criminal past, an outstanding warrant, and failed to get down on the sidewalk to be handcuffed when ordered to do so. The whole incident was recorded by a video camera worn by the officer. The Salt Lake City police have not released the name of the officer or the video. Taylor's family is demanding an investigation and he arrest of the police officer. In Salt Lake City there were no demonstrations or rioting and looting. Representatives from the KKK or other racist organizations did not show up to protest and stir up trouble. Taylor's family was not called by President Obama and Eric Holder is not going to Utah. This incident will be resolved after the investigation.
President Obama, as his his practice, politicized the tragedy in Ferguson. Though Brown was shot with the officer's side arm, this suddenly became a debate on the militarization of the police. Does Obama think that a police officer possessing a side arm constitutes militarization? There are neighborhoods in Chicago that are so dangerous that a swat team is necessary for routine police business. The problem is not guns owned by the police or licensed gun owners, it is guns owned by criminals who are unlicensed. Somehow this very simple fact escapes the thinking of the Democrats and the left.
After the investigation, hopefully reason will prevail. If arrest and trial of either police officer is warranted, a fair trial will be held and the result of the trial should be accepted by the community. Sadly, President Obama, liberals, and their media whores have again tied themselves to the wrong pony, just as they did with Trayvon Martin. Don't get me wrong, neither Brown or Martin deserved to die, but neither were choirboys. Both decided to fight with a smaller person with a gun, and both lost. Martin could have just kept on walking and Brown could have moved over to the sidewalk as ordered by Officer Wilson. If Obama, liberals, and mainstream media need a cause, they should use the many innocent youths murdered in Chicago as collateral damage in the gang wars. WASHINGTON REDS?
The Politically Correct Police (PCP) have recently been at their best, demanding that Daniel Snyder change the name of the team he owns, the Washington Redskins, claiming that "redskins" is a racial disparaging name. In the context of a football team name though, it seems appropriate as it does just the opposite. The mascot or name of a football team implies strength and courage, two very good qualities. With all the conversation on how violent football is, I'm sure the liberal lobby would like the name changed to the Washington Pansies. A simple solution that may satisfy BHO and his ilk would be to merely drop the word "Redskin", retain the "s" and the name now becomes the Washington Reds, most appropriate for the current regime and the PCP. The indian warrior logo on the helmet could be replaced with a hammer and sickle and the team song "Hail to the Redskins" could be replaced with "Meadowland", the national anthem of the former USSR.
All this begs the question as to what NFL or other sports team is next? Continuing the indian thing, the Kansas City Chiefs and Chicago Black Hawks come to mind. This would be easy. Just drop the "i" from Chiefs and the team name becomes the Chefs. Combine this name change with banning what Moochelle considers unhealthy food choices either tailgating or at stadium concessions and libs who never ever watched a football game may become season ticket holders. The team could advertise, "we've traded brats for beans, watch a game and eat healthy." Moochele might even be invited to the opening game to throw out the opening game football. The NHL's Blackhawks could just drop the hawk part of the name and they become the Chicago Blacks, emphasizing the contributions of blacks to ice hockey. Maybe this would attract a whole new segment of the population to become fans. The indian logo on the Blackhawks jersey could be replaced with Jessie Jackson's head, a well recognized Chicago resident, or maybe Michael Jordan's head might be more appropriate as the Bulls and Blackhawks played in the same Chicago Stadium and Jordan is certainly more loved than Jackson in the Chicago area.
The PCP might also go after the New Orleans Saints as promoting religion. Change the name to the New Orleans Mardi Gras. The new fan chant would become "show us your tits", as the cheerleader parade up and down the sidelines. A string of beads could be the team mascot or maybe a musical note like the St. Louis Blues hockey team. "When the Saints Go Marching In" could be replaced with something by Maddona or Mylie Cyrus to which the Cheerleaders could booty dance.
The Green Bay Packers and Pittsburgh Steelers should also beware. Though the Packers name is derived from the local meat packing industry when the team was first organized more than 90 years ago, the PCP might consider this to now be a gun reference that might encourage "packing a gun". The Steelers are obviously named for the now dwindling steel industry for which the city is famous. Due to the poor education that our teacher unions and liberal school boards are providing, young people may confuse "steel" with "steal" and obviously this would encourage theft.
There are many other sports teams, both profession and college, that may have a team name or mascot that is objectionable to the PCP. Maybe Harry Reid and the libs in Congress could introduce a bill that would require all sports teams to change their name to either a flower, tree, fruit, or vegetabls. How scary would it be if your team was about to play the Notre Dame "Fighting Potatoes".

What the Hell is Going on at the Border
Just about all of you have heard about the massive increase in illegal aliens at our southern border and that most of them are unaccompanied children from Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua and El Salvador. The popular explanation for this is that word is out that if you can get into Texas or Arizona, you can stay in the United States. For many this may be true. Once they reach Texas or Arizona, these illegals are supplied with food, shelter, medical care mental health services, vocational services, and education. They are shifted from Immigration Department to Health and Human Services' Office of Refugee Resettlement, that in away changes their status from criminals to refugees. The ORR tries to place them with family members here or back in their country of origin until their case comes up for review. They are even given free legal aid. This aid goes far beyond that given by the usual schlub immigration attorney. Rather, it is supplied pro bono by experienced trial attorneys with close roots to the Democrat Party. These attorneys are big time donors to the Democrat Party and are compensated in other ways. Many work with an organization called Safe Passage. The director of Safe Passage is a highly recognized New York attorney named Lenni Benson. Refugees can obtain permanent status if they can show that they are in danger of being physically or mentally harmed by something or someone in there country of origin not just because they are economically deprived. For children, who are too young to have any political ideology, this should be difficult, but these children are instructed to say that they are abused by the parents back home. Now its a no brainer with liberal judges, they get to stay and the propaganda process begins to turn them into loyal brainwashed Democrat voters.
The question that few have asked or really looked into is how and why is this happening. Its easy to incriminate the Obama regime for starting the mass migration of children from Central America to our country, but this doesn't go nearly deep enough. These children are brought to our border by "coyotes". They have to travel more than a thousand miles through Mexico and need to be feed and cared for in order to arrive safely. Coyotes do not work pro bono. Neither do the Mexican border authorities and police who need to be bribed to allow these illegal caravans to traverse the entire length of Mexico. Parents may even be paid and/or threatened to send their children on a dangerous journey even for adults and surprisingly the children seem to arrive in Texas and Arizona in relatively good condition, although a few are found to have diseases that immediately quarantine them from the rest of the population. It is obvious who is fitting the bill, and its not the Obama regime, although it would like to. It is the Mexican drug cartels, as they have the money and the connections to do so. Why? Its all a diversion. Thousands of children arriving at our southern border each week tie up our border patrol with picking up and handling these children, severely limiting the number available to track and capture "mules" bring illegal drugs into our country. This is the dirty little secret that the regime does not like to talk about as drug seizures are down from years previous. Of course the regime conceals the truth by saying it is doing a great job and so smugglers are no longer using or southern border.
Two things are really scary about all of this. First, a few of the children are coming here with communicable diseases with the potential to start an epidemic among our own. If that happens public sentiment for these poor children will turn despite all the regime can do. The other, and I don't think this has happened...yet. Islamic terrorists also have the monetary resources and could use this as a means of smuggling weapons of mass destruction and individuals bent on using them, by the border agents who are busy rounding up children. They might even infect the children with killer diseases just before they are picked up in hope of starting a nation wide epidemic that might kill millions of Americans.
Americans are compassionate people and all of us feel sorry for these children. I feel sorry for them because they are being used by forces far beyond their control and understanding. The Great Wall of China was constructed over 2200 years ago and runs a distance of nearly 1400 miles. We need to construct a great wall (or fence) that runs from Texas to California.

Stupidity of the War on Coal
In the last post, it was my opinion that the timing of the Bergdahl swap was to obscure the release of a major series of regulations last week, purposely designed to hurt America. Every educated American should have come to the realization by now that global warming is nothing but the "big lie", designed to destroy capitalism and the United States, especially since temperatures have dropped the last fifteen years. Despite painfully aggressive regulations, the coal industry isn't going anywhere. Coal is and still will be the number one way of producing electricity in both the United Staes and the world far into the future. It is also a necessity in the production of steel. More than 50% of electricity production in the world today comes from coal. Coal use is expected to increase 58% worldwide over the next 20 years. Currently, coal fired plants produced 39% of the electricity in the United States. Natural gas is second with about 27%, nuclear 19%, and solar only 0.23%. In the world, the United States (11.4%) only ranks second in coal use with China (48.8%) far ahead and India (7.8%), surging to take over second place in the next five years. The main reason is cost. The cost of a mega watt/hr from coal is $82 , natural gas $84, wind $154, and solar $254. The costs of coal and gas can vary slightly depending on he cost of the raw material. Some plants in the United States can burn either depending on the cost.
Scrubbing, a process in coal plants thats cleans the byproducts of coal burning has become more and more effective and though the overall use of coal has continued to increase, the level of pollution has come down dramatically. The levels that the Obama regime wants, may make the cost of electricity much higher as electric companies will be forced to pay fines that of course will be passed along to the consumer. BHO admits this, but as usual doesn't seem to care. He knows that offering government subsidies for electricity and heat will continue to keep the poor shackled and beholden to the Democrat Party.
The United States is the "Saudi Arabia" of coal and becoming so with natural gas. Why would BHO want to hamper the use, production, and/or export two abundant natural resources? Numerous high paying jobs would be created to build pipelines and the infrastructure necessary for handling these resources. The answer is simple. BHO represents the real version of the "Manchurian Candidate" who fundamentally said he was going to change the United States. He just didn't tell us what he was his concept of change. The loss of well paying jobs is unacceptable. The anti business legislation and regulations have hampered what can only be called an anemic recovery. I personally, with little business experience, but more than BHO and 90% of his appointees and advisors could get America going immediately.
I have one question related to the Bergdahl swap. If BHO believes in the slogan of no American left behind, why did he go to bed and then fly on to a political fund raiser, while many Americans, four of whom were murdered, were in peril in Benghazi? Maybe he thinks that if you're dead, you're no longer left behind.
Finally, those of you who follow my blog posts, know that I have listed Moochelle Obama as a "dark horse" to run for President. I recently read an article saying that she is being groomed to run for the US senator from Illinois, if current Republican Senator Mark Kirk, who had a stroke in 2012, decides not to run. She could also consider running for President on the campaign slogan "8 more years"
