What Really Happened Part 2

      I decided to divide What Really Happened into 2 parts.  Part 1 is basically a review and summary. Part 2 involves more reasoning and putting the pieces of the puzzle together.  Its conclusions are much more serious, but believable.
      On July 22, 2016, just before the Democrat National Convention, Wikileaks released 19252 emails with 8024 attachments involving email conversations between seven high ranking members of the DNC between January 2015 and June 2016.  The emails indicated that the DNC had rigged the primary elections in favor of HRC.  DWS, DNC chairwoman, was forced to resign and she was replaced by Donna Brazile.   Another Wikileaks document dump of another 8000 DNC emails shortly before the election confirmed that Brazile had given debate questions to HRC before the debates via her CNN connection. The DNC refused to turn over its server to the FBI, and instead hired a private firm that has worked for the DNC named Crowd Strike.  Crowd Strike claimed that the Russians had hacked the Democrat server and given the contents of the hack to Wikileaks.  The CIA and FBI chimed in, despite never to have performed any forensic work on the server. Both the Russians and Wikileaks founder Julian Assange denied these allegations.  To my knowledge Wikileaks has never lied or altered the documents that it obtained, a claim that the DNC, DSW, and HRC could never make.  Other people who have been involved in computer forensics have stated that the DNC server was never hacked, but that someone with inside access transferred the email data to a thumb or external hard drive, something that even an amateur could do.  Whether the Russians were trying to affect the 2016 Presidential Election or not, it seems very plausible that a spy or a disgruntled Bernie Sanders supporter within the DNC with access could have obtained the information and given it to Wikileaks.  In fact, we have learned that although the Russian government spent money trying to sow confusion by taking out ads in social media, we only have the word of Crowd Strike of the hack.  This of course begs the question, why didn't the DNC allow the FBI access to its server? Certainly the FBI has the most sophisticated cyber forensic software in the world and its own database of information on Russia, Wikileaks, and numerous other sources. Although not wanting the FBI to see its private strategy and possibly illegal or unethical behavior is the most obvious answer.  This unfortunately is not the case despite the mantra, that the DNC and HRC have been claiming since the emails were exposed up until this day, that Russia hacked the DNC and help President Trump win the election.  It is also in part the basis for the witch hunt by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, that thus far has found absolutely no evidence of collusion between the Russian government and President Trump.  Not turning it over to the FBI would also allow the DNC to carry out retribution against an insider.

      I hate to bring the murder of Seth Rich into all of this, but he certainly could have been the leaker.  The so called facts of his death don't add up.  Rich was murdered about 4:30AM, three hours after he left a neighborhood bar within walking distance of his apartment.  Besides multiple gunshot wounds he also had bruises on his hands and body.  Despite calling him the victim of an armed robbery, nothing was allegedly taken including his expensive watch and wallet and credit cards,  It is possible that something was taken that was much more valuable to those who hired the murderers, the thumb drive proving it was Rich and not the Russians responsible for the leak. It seems far more likely that Rich was kidnapped after he left the bar, was beaten and tortured until he turned over the thumb drive, then driven back to his neighborhood, released, and murdered as he tried to run for his life.  This accounts for the the time delay, the bruises, and the motive.  The FBI claims that it has left the investigation up to the DC MPD, though a good police department, they are no match for the FBI.  To date this murder is unsolved.  Assange has not named the source of the DNC emails, but has offered a $25,000 reward for information leading to Rich's killers.  Some think he may be willing to give up the name of the source in return for the dropping of criminal charges in the United States related to publishing of CIA documents suppled by Bradley E. Manning, AKA Chelsea E. Manning.
      The mystery surrounding Rich's murder is reminiscent of a supposed suicide 23 years earlier, when the body of Vince  Foster, White House Deputy Counsel to Bill Clinton, was found in Fort Marcy Park outside Washington, DC. Foster was said to have died of a single shot in his mouth from his own weapon. The Park Police had jurisdiction and performed the investigation, though this was well over their head in complexity, with minor forensic help from the FBI. A number of things turned up during the investigation that left many questions unanswered. The night of the so called suicide it was reported that Clinton political operatives in the White House were seen removing numerous files from Vince Foster's office.  Initially, no suicide note was found, but the next day one allegedly turned up in a brief case belonging to Foster that had been previously found to be empty.  The note was torn into pieces and the piece that would have contained a signature was the only one missing.  Though the FBI verified the the note was written in Foster's handwriting, the only prints on it belonged to Bernard Nussbaum, another White House attorney, who claimed to have found the note in the brief case.  It was also noted that there was a paucity of blood at the scene and that a bullet was never recovered, despite finding dozens of Civil War era bullets in the park, as it  had been a Civil War battlefield.  I'll leave it at that and if you are interested there is much information including conspiracy theories abound on the internet.
      Finally we have the 20,000 leaked emails of John Podesta.  Podesta, HRC's campaign chairman, Robbie Mook, HRC's campaign manager, and other campaign insiders sent out a series of anti Catholic emails plus some showing a Russia connection as well as other campaign related activities that they would have liked to remain hidden.. They were released by Wikileaks almost daily for about three weeks before the election.  Although it was claimed that the Russians hacked Podesta, no real forensic examination was performed.  The pizza gate hoax evolved from this, but was debunked.  The only Democrat pedophile identified was Anthony Weiner.

      In summary, the DNC server was attacked and although the DNC wants to blame Russia, there is no verifiable evidence. It could have been China or in retaliation for interfering with elections, it could have been Macedonia or even Israel. More than likely it was an insider with a thumb drive or external hard drive. The insider may have been Seth Rich who was tortured and robbed of his thumb drive and then murdered to cover up who actually downloaded the emails. The Democrats have continued to deflect the information in the emails by blaming Russia and Wikileaks, a typical example of blame the messenger, but not the message.
      What will happen in the future. A real investigation into Russian involvement in the 2016 presidential election on the Democrat side will get underway with a real special counsel who can remain independent and also an investigation into the pay for play scandal of Uranium One and the Clintons and their foundation is just underway.  We have yet to hear from the anonymous witness (if the Clinton's don't have him murdered) with all of the criminal information that surrounded the deal.  The most serious allegation of all, though, is the fake dossier and how it was used to undermine President Trump and his minions with fraudulently obtained FISA surveillance.  I doubt whether Obama, HRC, or WJC will spend anytime in prison.  A plea deal will be brokered and President Trump will commute their sentences as long as they stay out of politics.  George Soros will flee the country as he did when convicted of a felony in France and wind up in China with his pal Maurice Strong.  Susan Rice, Samantha Power, James Comey, Eric Holder,  Loretta Lynch, and others will also be given deals based on their level of cooperation.  Those that refuse to cooperate or who lie will spend time behind bars.
      Out of stupidity and hatred, high ranking Democrats called for a  Russia investigation of President Trump that has backfired on them. President Trump will be allowed to move his agenda through Congress and "make America great again."

What Really Happened

      Some of you have asked me summarize my previous publication and some new information has now come out.  Yes, HRC was up to old tricks.

      The DNC was broke and in debt before the 2016 elections.  Obama's own far left PAC Organizing for Action and HRC's campaign were siphoning money from DNC donors.  It was assumed that HRC would win the Democrat Party nomination and Presidential election, so it seemed reasonable to ink a special deal with her that secretly gave her control of all aspects of the DNC that was headed by one of her supporters DWS.  Despite claims to the contrary, the primaries were rigged against socialist Bernie Sanders from the start,  If it had not been rigged and the pro Clinton super delegates didn't exist, he would have gotten more votes and possibly the nomination.  (Most people knew she was a schemer and liar and that she was "crooked Hillary") The way things were set up, that would never happen.  Donna Brasile courageously discovered this malfeasance, but delayed reporting it for almost a year after the election in a segment of her new book. In seems that this would guarantee success in book sales as well as get back at the Clinton team, that she claimed routinely disrespected her. Brasile  also claims she warned them about not understanding the sentiment in certain midwest states that may have contributed to losses across the northern midwest.

      It was well know that documents associated with Clinton scandals have a habit of disappearing as in White Watergate, Filegate, and Travelgate in the 1990s, so it was no surprise that 30,000 emails were lost, hard drives bleached, and cell phones broken or that no one knew who paid out $10 million  for the fake Trump dossier from Russia.  Everyone associated with the DNC and the Clinton campaign has denied knowing anything about paying for the dossier.  Now we know that HRC paid for it.  Democrats hypocrites now claim that this was just opposition research where as President Trump's team meeting with a Russian attorney for an hour without any money changing hands is collusion an has helped spark an investigation by a special counsel that has gone no where.  If a special counsel had looked into Bill and Hillary's team, I'm certain that Terry McAuliffe would be in prison and never got his slimy hands on the State of Virginia.  Furthermore, we now know that the payment was laundered through to Marc Elias of the Perkin Coie LLC, a law firm representing the DNC and many Democrat politicians, who then paid Fusion GPS, another firm that helps Democrats, who then paid former British secret agent Christopher Steele.  They filed this with the FEC that this money was just "legal fees" is a violation of election statutes and possibly criminal money laundering. HRC had to know that this information had come from Russia and that had never been verified.  The claim that Fusion GPS also was hired by The Washington Free Beacon, a conservative Republican news source, to dig up dirt on primary candidate Trump's business dealings is true, but ended its support when it became apparent that he was going to be the nominee and well before the dossier was solicited.  The dossier was "leaked" to Buzzfeed who published it without any verification and picked up by "fake news" CNN.  Interestingly, it has just been reported that the Russian Attorney, who met with the Trump team, met with Fusion GPS right before and immediately after meeting with the Trump team.  Coincidence or set up? You decide.

      But by far the most horrific aspect of the whole scandal is what happened after President Trump won the election.  Democrat Party operatives, despite knowing that the dossier was a fake, turned the file over to Obama and Loretta Lynch who were more than willing to make James Comey and the FBI conduct an investigation.  Because of the ensuing investigation that was known by Democrat Party higher ups, including Obama, that it was fake, it justified Susan Rice and Samantha Power in obtaining FISA warrants to spy on Americans who they claimed were colluding with the Russians and this was used as a basis for the whole Russian Collusion hoax.  This is highly illegal and in a society where justice is important Obama, Lynch, Rice, Power, and possibly Comey would be under indictment and on their way to prison. 

      The whole Russia Collusion scandal has backfired on HRC, Obama, and the Democrats.  All we need is for Attorney General Sessions to launch an investigation and for special counsel Mueller to admit that his investigation was a waste of time.

 

Seems Like HRC Is Up to Her Old Tricks.

      By now everyone knows that the Russia investigation has taken a remarkable turn and now the Democrats could be the target as there is no doubt that they have colluded with the Russians.  The DNC and Clinton campaign paid out $12 million to the law firm of Perkins Coie.  Mark Elias, an attorney working for the firm and general counsel for Hillary Clinton's campaign, hired Fusion GPS to dig up dirt on then candidate Trump. That cost about $5.4 million and then Fusion GPS hired
a British secret agent Christopher Steele, who came up with a dossier of totally unsubstantiated  and outrageous claims concerning Candidate and later  President-elect Trump.  The dossier claimed that Russian officials said that Donald Trump did some horrible things when he was in Moscow in the past on business. As it turned out President Trump's passport verified that he wasn't in Russia when the events were supposed to have occurred. Despite the fact that the dossier had no validity, once candidate Trump became president-elect, the dossier still found its way to the FBI and then the Obama DOJ, who used it as an excuse to surveil President-elect Trump and his team of advisors.  This coincides with the period of intense unmasking of Americans by Susan Rice and UN Ambassador Samantha Power.  Rice at first didn't remember making several hundred FISA requests for unmasking and Power still denies it all together. We all know that Susan Rice is a notorious liar and political hack for Obama and should never have been appointed to NSA, except that she was really pointed as Obama's political representative.  Why Power would have the need to unmask Americans escapes me, except that she is also a political hack and unqualified to be anything except a political hack. She is also married to Cats Sunsteen,  Obama's regulation commissar.

      Now the story gets very interesting. Mark Elias must be a remarkable attorney as he represents the DNC, the Clinton campaign and many other Democrat groups, yet sees no conflict of interest.  It just came out in a book by Donna Brazile, the new Chairwoman of the DNC when DWS resigned,  in that at the start of the primary season the DNC was out of money and made a secret deal with HRC. They agreed to support her in return for cash from the Clinton campaign.  The deal was engineered by Mark Elias. I wonder what Bernie thinks of that.  President Trump was correct when he said that the DNC was playing favorites.  No one including HRC, and DWS remember hiring Fusion GPS to dig up dirt.  Initially Fusion GPS was hired by the Washington Examiner for dirt on candidate Trump's business dealings, but when it became apparent that Candidate Trump was going to win the nomination, they ended the relationship and then Fusion GPS went to HRC's campaign and the DNC who were interested in dirt. What is even more interesting is no one recalls writing out a check for the Fusion GPS research.  HRC and the DNC tried to launder the money from  FEC  scrutiny saying the check paid to Perkins Coie was for legal services when in fact the law firm was merely a pass through.  I have a great memory and recall a similar problem with memory loss involving HRC during the Clinton regime.  It seems that close to a thousand FBI files of prominent Republicans were requested by the Clintons early in the first  Clinton term.  The person requesting the files was Craig Livingstone, a former strip club bouncer who had worked on the Clinton campaign.  He was placed in the White House to run the Office of Personnel Security, a job for which he had no experience and very little to do.  Although three witnesses recalled that HRC recommended hiring him, she denied the claim.  Though it was claimed that the files were requested by mistake. It was also claimed that no one looked at them and  that could have been easily verified. The files were kept under lock and key by a marine and those that are signed out have to be logged out and logged in when they are returned.  The pages in the log book for that period mysteriously disappeared (just like some 30,000 emails and the log book for petty cash at the White House Travel office).  At least  three members of the White House staff recalled that HRC had requested that Livingstone be hired when deposed by Special Counsel Kenneth Starr, HRC could not remember that and anything about more than 100 other questions.  (Scooter libby was found guilty for lying to the FBI when he said he did not remember one time),   I found it interesting that a number of prominent Republican Congressmen  involved in the Clinton impeachment resigned or chose not to run again as dirt from the FBI files began to surface.  It also reminds me of an audit of the Clinton State Department could not account for $6 billion and to this date no one knows what happened to it.
      It seems that the Russia collusion is with HRC and the DNC paying for dirt from Russia hat has no validity and then laundering the money.  A Congressional investigation is starting and some heads should roll.  The politicalization of the FBI by Obama, Lynch, and Comey and subsequent unmasking and surveillance of President elect Trump and unmasking of his team is serious and undermines the political process and the Constitution

.  None of this would have come out if HRC had won and the deep state would not have needed to be activated.
    My next blog will be on the Uranium One scandal that i have written about in my blogs for over a year.  New information has come to light that sheds even more light on how corrupt the Clintons, Obama, and the DOJ under Obama have been.  Prison time for all involved is a must and Mueller should step down from his investigation as he was involved as well.
